3000,- EURO Award for outstanding research work with HDO® technology

Topics may include but shall not be limited to:

  • Research on additional information of the graphical analysis (e.g. comparison of graphical HDO data to ECG, to  capnography, to pulsoximetry, to Cardiac output index, ....)
  • Case reports of the value of HDO technology and its graphical analysis in comparison to just conventional blood pressure monitoring and/or direct line with or without certain or different disease/arrhythmia/low flow situations/arterial re-modelling etc.
  • Evaluation studies of HDO technology vs. direct line with a tip catheter in the artery for which the direct line is evaluated to be accurate (in most cases, direct lines are evaluated only close to the heart/aortic arch and are known to become inaccurate if used in peripheral vessels or even worse if a external pressure transducer was used, etc.)

HDO is offered for all researchers, submitting a study by 31st July 2008 for a special research price. Only in case no paper will than be submitted/or the submitted paper is inacceptable due to formal mistakes, the difference will be due afterwards.
